Wayne Birkey was very supportive to me as I was trying to find a home. Twice a week, he provided me with new listings on the market. Any time I wanted to view a home, he made arrangements for the same day. He pointed out problems he found in homes we viewed, to be sure I wasn't buying something that would be a problem for me later. He advised me on how to bid on homes, and made sure he protected me and my money. He listened to my concerns and questions on home purchasing. In the course of finding my home, he became almost like a part of my family. He has a great sense of humor, and I found him to be a very caring and compassionate man.

He was very detailed in all explanations and the process of purchasing a home. He always answered our questions and never made us feel inferior for any of those questions we asked. If Wayne did not know the answer, he always found the answer and got back to us. He was always polite and professional during our home search and the buying process.
